Structure and Site Hazard AssessmentInstructionsThe Structure and Site Hazard Assessment Form assesses 11 factors. Each factor is assigned a point rating based on its relative contribution to the interface fire hazard. Cumulative point totals result in an overall score and hazard level for the structure and site: for example, low, moderate, high, or extreme. The greater the hazard, the higher the number of points assigned to the factor. You will be presented with a description and photos illustrating the choices for each factor. Once you have read the description, click under the photo that best represents your current structure or site. The points associated with that factor will be added to your score. At the end of the assessment, you will be able to tally all your points and determine your structure and site hazard score and level. |
